We often hear the term “investment”, especially in the zone of finance, economy and banking but what does this “investment” suggest? Investment has different meanings in the genre of finance and economics. Finance investment means invest money into something with the expectation of gain, that upon thorough analysis, has a high degree of security for the principal amount, and also security of return, within an expected span of time and as far as economic investment is concerned it is an investment which is the amount purchased per unit time of goods which are not consumed but are to be used for future production.
We can invest our money in any genre we like such as stock market, agriculture, aviation but before choosing any genre we have to decide which can give me the best result in quickest time. But in the world of investments we have to remember that Put Your Eggs in different baskets! and by doing that we can save our total money from a total loss. To do that we have to invest our money in different zones like Stocks, Bonds, Funds, Commodities (i.e. oil), Real estate, Foreign exchange, Precious metals (i.e. gold) and we do that as there is no security of you money when it’s in market as market can crash anytime.
Investing in housing gives us the chance to profit a lot. If we invest our money on a house at a hot tourist destination then we can make enough money from that investment, or the best way to diversify money is to invest them in mutual funds, as if market crashes in some cases then for the wide range of mutual fund it can manage some profit from other things. Investing in gold is also a great option as the share price of gold goes up several times within a month, investing in stocks is also a good option but we got to be careful in this as market can crash but if we invest according to market than we can profit a lot. So new investments always brings new and various results for us.
